Yey! Finally got this text from MayaRewards. It's supposed to be awarded within 14 days after Aug 30. Made a call to their support after the said 14 days. I was told that they're experiencing technical difficulty with the tool that validates account re eligibility.
They highly recommend for customers to call them, so they can check your account. Especially if you haven't receive the voucher code yet.
UPDATE Oct 7: My free Maya card arrived :)
